A financial services professional since 2002, Jason is primarily responsible for ensuring that all clients of Strategic Partners Financial Group receive a consistent, exception experience when working with our team. In addition, Jason proudly continues to serve a select group of clients as their wealth advisor.
In recent years, Jason has also led a firm initiative to proactively partner with experienced legacy advisors in our communities to develop succession and continuity plans for the advisor and for his/her respective clients. He has experience in dealing with many different types of succession plans, and provides some unique resources to the legacy advisor in need of a continuity plan.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys chasing his two children wherever their curiosities may lead them, as well as mountain biking, skiing, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Clayton graduated from Kansas State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Personal Financial Planning, and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation in 2010. Clayton is responsible for overseeing the success of the firm's CPA and legacy advisor relationships in the Rocky Mountain region, and continues to proudly serve a select group of clients in an advisory capacity. Clayton was recognized as a *Five Star Wealth Manager in the Denver Metro area in 2015.
Clayton has a heart of giving. He is heavily involved in the Broomfield Rotary Club, whose motto is "service above self", and currently services as its President. He is also a prominent member of the Broomfield United Methodist Church, where he enjoys offering financial education seminars. Clayton also participates in the annual Financial Planning Day that is sponsored by the Certified Financial Planning Board and Financial Planning Association.
When Clayton is not donating his time, he loves spending time with his wife Maggie and his two young daughters. Clayton also enjoys skiing, working on cars, brewing beer, and playing with his two dogs.

Abbie is a graduate of Wichita State University with a B.A. in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate. She lives in Derby, KS with her husband, Davy, and their two daughters, Daisy and Meadow. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and rediscovering the world through their daughters’ eyes.
Originally from Garden City, KS, Josh is responsible for assisting our firm's clients with their financial planning and investment management needs, and for ensuring that every one of his clients benefits from a high level of service from our firm.
Josh has been an active member in the Wichita community for many years, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration from Wichita State University, and his MBA from Friends University. These experiences, when combined with his interest in economics and past industry experience, allow Josh to serve our firm's clients uniquely well.
Josh lives in Wichita with his wife, Emily, and his two daughters, Harper and Hallie. When he's not chasing his daughters around the house, Josh enjoys spending time at Table Rock Lake with his family in the summer, as well as playing golf, hunting, and playing basketball.
Beth has had an active independent financial planning practice for individuals in the Wichita community for the last 35 years. She is a graduate of Pittsburg State University and holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
Beth enjoys working in the areas of investment, retirement income distribution and estate planning. In the early years of her practice, she focused most of her time in comprehensive financial planning. She is also involved with senior advocacy and support for some clients in her practice.
Beth lives in Wichita and has a grown son and daughter and three grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, reading, and dinners and Music Theatre with friends.
With over ten years of experience serving as a client-facing advisor, Derek has had the opportunity to guide many clients through adverse economic conditions, keeping them on track to accomplish their most important goals. Derek takes great pride in working with his clients to organize their investment portfolios, and in helping them gain clarity with regard to their planning goals and objectives.
A native Wichitan, Derek played football at Butler County Community College, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University in 2006. Derek still closely follows the Wichita State Shockers basketball team.
When he's not in the office, Derek can often be found exercising with his wife, Kate, and his two children, Hagen (5) and Hannah (3). In addition, Derek enjoys shooting sporting clays, golfing, hunting, fishing, and supporting his two children in numerous sporting activities.
Barbara’s father was an officer and pilot in the U.S. Army and her family traveled extensively while she was growing up. She graduated from high school in Heidelberg, Germany. After her father’s military retirement, her family settled in Wichita, Kansas, her parents’ birthplace.
She attended Friends University in Wichita, KS, and, prior to joining Strategic Partners Financial Group, worked for many years as an assistant to an industrial psychologist. Barbara joined Strategic Partners Financial group in 2007, and has a leadership role in growing and developing truly rewarding relationships with our clients and communities. Anyone that has called or stopped into our office has experienced Barbara's infectious energy and positive attitude!
Barbara has raised two sons, has four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Outside of the office, her passions include decorating, hosting family gatherings, and spending time with great friends.
As our firm’s Operations Coordinator, Leah regularly collaborates with our advisory and operations teams to ensure that our clients have a consistently great service experience and seamless communication as we assist them with their day-to-day service and advisory needs.
A native of Wichita and a graduate of the Engineering Academy at Wichita West High School, Leah is our resident problem-solver! Prior to joining Strategic Partners Financial Group, Leah attended Butler County Community College and spent several years in a leadership role at Account Recovery Specialists, Inc.
Leah is passionate about lending a hand to others, the education of our children, and protecting the environment. When she’s not assisting our clients, she can often be found serving in her local community, playing softball or volleyball, or spending quality time with her husband Erick and three children, Bliss, Brady, and Tiago.
A licensed advisor, Drew works with our advisory team to ensure that our clients receive the best experience possible when interacting with their advisor. With past professional experience ranging from real estate analysis to accounting and auditing, Drew's broad skill set and work ethic make a positive impact on a daily basis at SPFG.
Drew enjoys his continued involvement with the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity on the Wichita State University campus, and has held leadership positions in finance, recruitment, and risk management. These positions have allowed him to continuously grow personally and professionally.
In his spare time, Drew enjoys staying active by going to the gym and participating in events around Wichita with his girlfriend, Kaylie. He also enjoys volunteering his time at His Helping Hands and at the downtown Wichita Soup Kitchen.
Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Jacob is responsible for assisting the SPFG advisory team with client meeting preparation and follow-up as well as researching client service items to ensure proactive and rewarding relationships with our clients. In addition, Jacob is in the process of completing his securities industry exams to become a licensed advisor, and assists with delivering firm-wide client communication.
Jacob graduated from the University of Kansas where he studied Finance and was part of the Alpha Xi chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He enjoyed contributing to the School of Business during his time at KU working as a teaching assistant for a Business Professionalism course and participating in the Rock Chalk Investment Club. A milestone for Jacob was completing Applied Portfolio Management where he and the class collectively managed funds in an endowment account for the benefit of the University and the School of Business.
Outside the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his three brothers, learning from binary market reactions, and reading history and finance books. Jacob cherishes his family vacations in Colorado where they take advantage of all the hiking, biking, four-wheeling and skiing Breckenridge has to offer.
A Wichita, KS native, Olivia has worked with the SPFG team since the summer of 2020 and is a student at Kansas State University majoring in Personal Financial Planning.
Olivia works directly with SPFG's advisory team in her role as Advisory Team Coordinator and plans to graduate from the Personal Financial Planning program at KSU in December 2021. After graduation, Olivia will be pursue her securities licenses, Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation, and is looking forward to beginning her career in Financial Planning.
In her spare time, Oliva enjoys game night with family and friends, hiking, and finding reasons to exercise outdoors.
